We collect data that is necessary to provide you with our services, respond to your requests and offer you the best possible service.

  • Contact form: Name, email, phone (optional), message text – so we can answer you.

  • Offers: Data on desired insurance products in order to create a suitable offer for you.

  • Over-/underinsurance check: Information about your existing insurance policies to give you recommendations.

  • Chatbot: Information you share in chat so we can better help you.

2.2 In the members area

  • Registration: Your name, your email address and a secure password.

  • Insurance documents: Details of your policies that you upload or that we manage for you.

  • Claims report: Information about your claim, photos or other documents to process the case quickly.

  • Chatbot conversations: The contents of your chats with our chatbot are saved so that we can help you better and more efficiently with questions or concerns.

2.3 After signing the broker mandate

With your consent, we continuously manage and update your insurance documents.

3. How we protect your data

  • Storage: We store your data securely in data centers in Switzerland or the EU.

  • Security: Your data is protected with the latest technologies such as SSL encryption.

4. Do we share your data?

Yes, but only if necessary:

  • Insurance providers: For offers or processing your insurance.

  • IT service provider: To ensure that the member area functions securely and stably.

  • Authorities: Only if we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Your rights

You have the right:

  • Information: What data we have stored about you.

  • Correction: When something is wrong.

  • Deletion: If you want (unless we are legally required to keep it).

  • Restriction: If you want to block certain data processing.
